Your plan price is locked for as long as you own your home. Your initial cleaning is paid in full at your plan discount; your membership starts the next month. Every plan is an 18-month membership paid in 12 monthly payments a year, and renews automatically for another 18 months. Canceling early costs 3 months of payments or the rest of the contract, whichever is less. Ongoing hard-water treatment doesn't include the initial treatment. One-time cleanings are regular price.

Questions
What's the difference between the plans?
Quarterly saves 25% on your windows and every other service, and includes ongoing hard-water stain treatment, deep screen cleaning and a free touch-up each quarter. Every 6 months saves 15% and includes ongoing hard-water treatment and deep screen cleaning. Annual saves 10%. All three are billed monthly, 12 payments a year.
What does ongoing hard-water treatment mean?
On the Quarterly and Every 6 Months plans, hard-water stain treatment is included at every cleaning after the first. The initial treatment, which removes built-up stains, is charged with your initial cleaning at your plan's discount.
Which services get the discount?
All of them: your window cleaning plus pressure washing, soft washing, gutters, chandeliers, Christmas lighting and pest control.
Are there other discounts?
No. Sparkling Clean plans are our only discounts. From time to time we run a seasonal promotion on a specific service; you'll find it on our Promotions page.
Do unused touch-ups carry over?
No. Quarterly members get one free touch-up each quarter, and it doesn't roll over to the next quarter if you don't use it.
What if a touch-up takes more than an hour?
The first hour is free. Touch-up work past the first hour is charged separately.
How does billing work?
Your initial cleaning is paid in full on the day of service, at your plan discount. Your membership starts the next month: 18 monthly payments that cover your plan's cleanings, so even the Annual plan is one low monthly payment. Add-on services can be paid at the time of service or added to your monthly billing. Memberships renew automatically for another 18 months at the end of each term.
Will my price go up?
No. Your plan price is locked for as long as you own your home, including every renewal.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel before your 18 months are up, it costs 90 days (3 months) of payments or whatever is left on your contract, whichever is less.
Is there a discount on a one-time cleaning?
