What do I need to do before you arrive?
Just move fragile items off windowsills and dressers in front of windows. Our crew removes screens and moves furniture.
Do I need to be home?
Not for outside-only cleaning. For inside cleaning someone needs to let us in, and we reinstall every screen before we leave.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Our cleaning solution is non-toxic and safe for people and animals.
What if it rains right after?
Our weather guarantee covers it. If the weather spoils your clean within a week, we come back at no charge.
Do you clean sills and tracks?
Yes. Inside-and-out service includes sills and tracks; outside-only covers the exterior side.
How soon can you come out?
Most jobs can be scheduled within a day or two. Pick a day on our booking page and we'll confirm it, with your arrival window, within one business day.
Do you work weekends?
We work weekdays from 8 to 6. Weekend work is by special request and usually costs more. For businesses, we can also work before you open or after you close.
Do I need to be home?
No, unless we need to come inside (for example, to take out screens) or get into your back yard. We'll sort that out with you when we confirm your day.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, and rescheduling is free. We appreciate 24 hours' notice.
What if the weather is bad on my day?
If the weather causes a problem, we'll reschedule and do our best to fit you back in promptly.
Will you remind me?
Yes. We'll call to remind you before your appointment and text you when the crew is on the way.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry contractor's liability insurance up to $2 million per occurrence.
Which areas do you serve?
Tulsa and Green Country from our Tulsa office, and the Oklahoma City metro from our OKC office. Commercial programs run across Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Can I get a price without a visit?
Yes. Our online estimator gives you an estimate range from a few photos in about two minutes. Prices may vary based on things we can't see online, so for an exact quote we may come out for a final walk-through. Anything over two stories is always quoted on site.
Do you offer discounts?
Only through our Sparkling Clean plans: 25% off windows and every other service on the Quarterly plan, 15% on Every 6 Months and 10% on Annual. One-time cleanings are regular price. We also run seasonal promotions on specific services; see our Promotions page.
